Hey, guys, appreciate all the helpful feedback. But can some of you, like, not use the feedback for stupidity? There's way too many reviews saying "never seen them answer a support ticket." Well, I wonder why that is. It can't possibly because you only see us answering your tickets, could it? We get hundreds daily. We answer them all equally for the most part. This is just one example of people not thinking with their feedback. There's plenty more things I could go into.
Again, thank you to those who left helpful feedback, criticism or praise. It is appreciated. The ones that amount to "suspends people for breaking the site rules" or criticising us for giving away games (seriously? Seriously), however, are not.

I may have left a comment addressing lack of visibility. But it was meant more as appreciation of some of the more visible mods, like jade and wbarton, for being helpful and taking time to address questions that people have in forum discussions. Instead of waiting for support tickets, those guys are mingling with the community, answering questions and proactively addressing points of misunderstanding.

I have had to send in issues to support before and usually got quick responses and resolutions. But now I have a support ticket waiting for some eyes to look at it for a couple days now. Has support been super busy with tickets or are some on vacation or something?

Hey everyone, we have a new page up for user feedback regarding staff. The page itself is fairly straightforward. You'll see a list of staff members, and an input box and rating next to each. Using this page, you can submit an anonymous comment regarding your experience with that user. These comments will be visible to the entire staff beginning next week. The overall goal is to improve moderation on the site, and to ensure everyone is being treated fairly.
