Do you always type in capslock?
Why capslock? Because it's easier than holding Shift all the time ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

What? Caps Lock Is Great When You Want To Type Something That Everyone Will Notice. If You Don't Use Caps, You Can't Win Dota, You Know?
That annoys me a lot more than CAPS, why would anyone in their right mind write like that?
Also, what the heck does fam mean? Dood=dude, Senpai seem to be something that often is used ironically by anime fans when talking to their "superior" (or if you're pretending to be an anime girl, someone you want to sleep with). But fam is a word I've never heard of before.

Dood is what prinnies (Disgaea) says instead of dude, personally i find it funny to say it sometimes D:
And Senpai... well... he want you to notice him... come on senpai he do all those things for you, even the capslocking D:

THEY ARE DOING IT SO VISUALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE CAN READ MORE EASILY. I THINK THEY ARE REALLY OBSERVANT AND MORE PEOPLE SHOULD BE LIKE THEM.
ALSO I DON'T KNOW WHY PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE JELLING? AREN'T PEOPLE USUALLY JELLING IF THEY ARE USING "ECLAMATION POINT - !" ?
IF THEY USE NORMAL "PERIOD" IT'S JUST A NORMAL SENTENCE TO ME.

Why? Because we all just want to hear Billy Mays' sweet voice one more time...

Being obnoxious on the internet is just what's "in" these days. If I had to guess, this behavior originated from Reddit, because that has gotten to be a very popular site in recent times, and they have subreddits that are specifically dedicated to being as obnoxious as possible.

People do it when they fail to express themselves in social life/activities or/and feel being ignored/harassed a lot. Also they had an awful childhood and father complexes. Seriously I know what I'm talking about. NOT
On the other hand I know quite a few people who always write in small letters. That's probably laziness though. (Doesn't have much of an impact in the English language, but for German it does.)

Caps Lock thing is meant for screaming in chat. Sure, it's annoying, but how can you tell if a person is pissed at something and wants to express it aggressively. If Caps Lock thing wouldn't exist, then you wouldn't tell the difference whether is he calmly angry, just plain angry or sarcastically angry.

Who knew a simple button on your keyboard can annoy so many people; including my self.
I have a friend and he ALWAYS! type in capslock.. at first, I ignore it.. but now I am on the verge of deleting him and blocking all communication.
The only reason I am hesitating is because we always chat and play games. He was not like that before. Is this just a phase?
he is not a little kid, he is a college student, and I don't know where he got it from.
I blurred his name because calling out is against the rules.
Also, he started saying "DOOD", "SENPAI" "FAM".. I don't know what any of these means. dood probably means dude..
