Went ahead and bought it all at $12, even if I personally never use it, good for the old memories and my nephews like to try.

So you are not free anymore, does that mean someone already used you or you cost money now?

Some say it's around 120$/hour for coop gaming of course; don't forget the fees.

I am thinking about using the 90 % off coupon on RPG Maker 2000; 2003 or XP mostly for shits and giggles.
Does anyone have experience with any of them and can make a recommendation or are those 3 far inferior to RPG Maker XV Ace Deluxe Edition ?

I think they forgot to hide the bonus games... :X
I just redeemed 2 steam keys for games not mentioned ^^'

Which ones ?

In case its Last Word & Remnants Of Isolation those are the Indie Game Maker Contest '14 Finalist Pack.
I'm just asking since I found those 2 could have been listed more clearly but that's probably just me.

Yea that confused me as well since the Finalist Pack isn't on Steam and one of the links is a non-steam page although the game exists on Steam (Last Word).

Yeah. When you click on the pack the wall of text arrives describing both games. But yeah, that was a nice surprise anyways when I saw those games there. ^^

Both were wishlisted games, and the sole reason I threw down a $ for the base tier :)
I already owned all the rest :P

Was a surprise seeing both of them so ingloriously bundled together like that, especially since Labyrinthine got its own slot, and I'm nearly everyone should have a copy of that by now.

'course, they didn't let us pick our developer distribution either..
I ended up removing the Humble Tip altogether for that nonsense :X

Same here! So I was quite happy^^ Especially since I didn't even expect them to be there lol.
Hahahaha yeah ! I lowered the Humble Tip a lot too xD

If there's any fail then on Humbles side...
I bet if they made it more clear the 1 $ Tier has 3 games with Trading cards they would sell more. :D

True xD I guess they just really want to sell something ^^ But the cute goat game is top tier though :P

I'm interesting on some assets in those Humble Bundle Add-On pack, but most of them are either DLC for other engine I didn't use or 2D assets. Hopefully I can use with my engine without license problem or isn't locked.

Then again I'm busy coding right now, might buy it on final day. :D

I have a question about this bundle:
I am a software developer but never made any games yet (in other words: i have some programming skills). These tools from the bundle seem to be created for people without a coding background.
Is there any reason for me to get this bundle to create games instead of just using Unity directly?

All engines have some decent free Script packs available if you are lazy or just want to be more efficiënt.
Unreal Engine is really good at this with C++ Blueprints. Unity's 2D templates can be worked on in both Javascript and C#.

The hardest part is getting graphics.
Good Unity or UE asset packs are pretty expensive compared to RPGMaker content.
So if you want to use stock content, you best get RPGMaker.

(No you are not allowed to rip RPGMaker Assets to use them in Unity, I like the way you're thinking though)

If you want to create your own content get your ass to the drawing board, or hire some artist.
They are easy to find on the interwebs, so that's no reason to pick RPGMAker either
Unless your social skills are level awkward in which case the RPGMaker forums are like easy-mode for dealing with commissioning work to artists.

tldr; it's just about the artwork

Guys, does someone know what is behind "RPG Maker VX Ace Deluxe Edition"? Because I bought the RPG Maker Bundle back then, so I have VX Ace, but both Humble Store both the Bundle page fails to list what is in the Deluxe Edition. If someone bought it and redeemed without owning it before, I'd be happy to see a list of DLCs which were included. Also, is this again one pack per tier or you will get a bunch of keys to redeem? Thanks for your answers in addition :)

HB labelled and categorised this bundle so badly! Could someone who bought the different tiers tell what gets you what? like the base tier gets you AGF3 but none of the DLC. Then there are DLC packs that include stuff for it and GameGuru?

Does anyone know if the "Stencyl: Indie Edition 1-Year License" has an expiration date? For example, if I bought two bundles and used the license, will I still be able to use the other one after the other expires?

Expires: 10/21/2015 Copied from the order page, so I guess yeah. Kinda wants me to pirate it, because it's only good for 1 year. AFAIK HB never gave periodical keys to their bundles, but since it's a software it's pretty understandable.

I guess this bundle is HB's most confusing one. I mean I got RPG Maker VX Ace Deluxe, yet on the order page I got RPG Maker VX Ace Deluxe + Luna Engine DLC. As far as I know VX Ace Deluxe consists of VX Ace and Luna Engine DLC. It's pretty important, because I bought the RPG Maker Weekly Bundle back then, so I have VX Ace already. So for me, it seems that I just have to redeem Luna Engine DLC, and I will have an other copy of RPG Maker VX Ace Deluxe left, am I right? Can somebody clarify that?

Also I took a quick look on the GameDevFort they were promoing, and the selection is pretty poor. Is there something, that you won't get with the highest tier of this bundle AND it's worth purchasing? Thanks for your help in addition!

My guess is that for Deluxe they mean "not the Lite version".
If you go to the store page of RPG Maker VX Ace, you can find the Luna engine listed in its DLCs, so it's not included.
Edit: someone answered it better while I was typing.

Does anyone know what tier includes the AGFPRO Premium DLC? I've seen giveaways for it, but I don't see it listed on the Humble page. Thanks!

Every tier includes certain DLCs for certain products; to see the included DLCs you must click on "Humble Bundle **** DLC Pack" of every tier and read the description.
EDIT: If you meant AGFPRO, the main product, it's in the 1$ tier (click on "Game Dev Starter Pack" and you'll see it).

Thanks for the reply - I was looking for the Premium DLC, and I found it by watching the videos. It's not specifically listed in the text description. In case anyone else was wondering, it's in the $12 tier, as part of the Humble Bundle Fantasy DLC Pack, which also includes the Voxel Sculpt DLC.
