Hi, I just noticed my submissions for today were marked as "Your submitted proof link is incorrect". I checked and I can't see what the mistake is. One of my proofs: https://snipboard.io/pZiz6J.jpg. It does have the extension and the picture opens without problem. Could I please ask what is incorrect?

that page link loads html page instead of actual image which is wrong and will fail in img tags

Hey ozo, I have a uestion on one my submission of the december 6th extreme puzzle. It says the link I used is https://imgur.com/undefined.png which is kind of weird, because I have no clue how I even get to that link. This is the link that I entered pretty sure https://imgur.com/a/jQimFb0.png . Is it possible that something went wrong in your system or did I mess up somehow? You can check when I made that post on imgur to see it was before the deadline. Kinda sad that it ruined the christmas giveaway possibility now, even though I did all puzzles.

Yeah I still have to do that one. I started on it, but figured it was rather hard after 20 minutes I just had part of the edge ><. So I decided to do the other one first. More to go on in that one :D. Not sure how folks cat get a 30 min on it haha.

Just a short question for my comprehension why one of my submissions is invalid.
Is it because this (https://i.imgur.com/QQCHCVZ.png) screenshot does not contain the name of my jigidi account?
And this (https://i.imgur.com/8Mxsic6.png) screenshot would have been okay?
And it was no problem before because on all my other submissions my name appeared on the top10 leaderboards?

When I put together a puzzle of 240 pieces, it was a medium, now in the description of extreme. So should I redo the screenshot? Or will this not count as an erroneous image?

This seems like a dumb question... but where's the giveaway link supposed to appear? I looked back at one of my confirmed puzzles, and this is what I see:
If I view the page source and search for the SG domain, I find the giveaway link, but it's not actually on the displayed page! (The link, "Murder" in this example, goes to the Steam page for the game)
This is in Firefox 83.0 in Windows 10. I've got NoScript and uBlock Origins extensions, but as you can see from the two icons, I'm not blocking any scripts on the page, and uBlock Origins is disabled for the domain.
[Edit] Oops, I figured out the obvious: the banner image on the bottom of the page is the link. I saw someone else's screenshot that had what appeared to be a text link, so I was looking for that.

Hi, I would just like to say that you have waaay over-thinked this event and mainly focused on preventing cheating to the extent that you are locking out legitimate entries. Screenshot validation is not reliable, see attached example below.
Also, the pictues used are in 90% cases no fun to put together, you should really find better. Jigidies are supposed to be game in itself. The events should not be a grind.

Hi. This has been a strange year. I have created a lot of giveaways but why not create even more? Some of you may have already seen or participated in pre-Event Event to get some taste of what is coming. I have already attempted similar event but that was years ago.
Similarly as in past event, you can earn points by doing puzzles. All of puzzles will be jigidis.
All puzzles will be open exactly 24 hours. To earn an entry to better Christmas giveaways, you must solve all puzzles in this event. There will be at least 2 puzzles each day.
All point values will be available in point section once that section is live (in next few days). I will try to finish Help section by the start of the event.
I have made a simple website for this event. Everything related to event will be posted there. Website has a steam login and to participate, you must have steamgifts account (obviously). If you have a different username in jigidi, there will be a possibility to set that username on website.
All giveaways in this event will end on December 28th 12:00 AM UTC+2. Website itself also operates in UTC+2 timezone and giveaways open/close on midnight. Once your submission is checked, submission form will be replaced with a link to giveaway unless you already own the game.
To your submission be counted as valid, you must follow some rules/guidelines. These rules will also be written Help section in bit more detail. pre-Event event is a good taste of what you will need to do.
RULES / GUIDELINES of submissions:
Within each 24 hours you will be able to edit your submission as much as you want. Pages with top solvers by day and overall will be created later on.
All giveaways are for level 1.
If you are on my blacklist, sorry. It's highly unlikely that I will remove anyone from my blacklist but you can try to plea in comments.
If by any chance you find a bug, you can submit a bug report on website. Just make sure that something like that hasn't been already submitted.
