Do you guys still have the URLs to the jigidi puzzles? Since people can't access the puzzle, I think it would help others if you posted the links to the puzzles here / in a bug report until it gets fixed

I don't see the harm in doing so since the verification is done manually, but fair enough :)

I am able to get to the main site, help section, and top solvers page, but if I click on any of the puzzles to get to the page with the Jigidi link, I get a "500 Internal Server Error".
Edit: I only get the error on puzzles that are current "open". I can view the page for all older puzzles. The same happens for both the .events and .com sites.
Edit 2: I am able to view the page if I am signed out of the site, but then I cannot get the Jigidi link because it is not provided when I am signed out.
Edit 3: A suggestion: Maybe these puzzles could be left open for an extra day so people that only have a certain time period of the day when they can solve puzzles are able to do them. It's not really fair if someone dedicates the time to solve them, but can't because the site isn't working.
Edit 4: The site is now working for me again.

The 19 december puzzles all seem to have an 500 Internal Server Error this morning. Will try again later :)
Maybe it's a cloudflare thing? Or perhaps something in the server logs?
Edit: tried to clear cookies. And re log in, but I'm unable to log in anymore.
Edit 2-: Cleared cookies, and did a few "hard refreshes" with CTRL+F5 now I can log in again. But still getting errors on the puzzles.
p.s. sorry i just saw this was already reported in the bug report.

I was having the same issue earlier, but it recently started working for me. You may want to try again.

I'm not sure if you saw my earlier comment or if it helps at all, but I was able to view all the pages on the site except the puzzle pages for the open puzzles. So I could go to the main page, help, top, and all the old puzzle pages, but the 3 for today that are open is where I got the 500 error. I could view the open puzzle pages when signed out of Steam, but then I couldn't get the Jigidi links because i was signed out.
Not sure if that can help narrow it down at all.

429 was on check if you own the game in giveaway. if you open the page of any puzzle, in background i check if you own and then save in db so i don't recheck the same giveaway for user again. this time, as error was thrown from steam side, i couldn't save the result and site kept asking steam and as error cannot be saved anywhere, it run into parse error every time you opened page.
i added a check now. if steam returns error, site will assume you don't have the game and continue on

Well, I surrender.
Yesterday I didn't only realize that I wouldn't be able to finish the 2nd puzzle, I didn't even have the time to finish the 1st puzzle. Until now I've made all the puzzles (except cheat #1). But lately hand hurt more and more, and it was starting to feel more and more like a chore every day. So well, I'm stopping. I might do a spare jig now n then but that's all. Still it has been a fun ride, some jigis were fun to complete (the ones on day 13th were my fav). And ofc many thanks to Ozo for this amazing yet so challenging event.
My respect, admiration and wishes of best luck for the ones who will end doing all of the jigis, I'm sure the rewards will be worth it, plus the personal proudness of achieving such a feat.
Once again, great event, Ozo. Thanks a lot.
(Now I'm going to take a shower and spend the day on bed watching movies!)
Oh btw... Bump!

No shame in quitting to do what makes you happier :) Just thought you might want some tips to make it easier. I'm not a doctor though, so this shouldn't replace medical advice.
You might want to try configuring your software setup to make using the computer less strenuous. You can configure your mouse to click to hold, click again to release (https://www.reddit.com/r/feedthebeast/comments/5ll4sk/for_those_who_hate_holding_down_mouse_button_for/), or even use your keyboard as a mouse etc. There are even chrome extensions to do your browsing using voice recognition like https://www.handsfreeforweb.com/en/. The things you can do with software is usually limited by your imagination nowadays.
You can also configure the hardware; get a drawing tablet to replace your mouse to reduce the stress you put on your fingers, or change your setup to be more ergonomic etc
You can change your lifestyle (not as drastic as you think). Take regular breaks from the computer to do some body/hand stretching exercises which can be easily learnt from the internet. Jigidi allows you to pause the puzzle whenever you want, so this complements taking breaks when you do the occasional Jigidi.
Basically get a sensing of what makes your hand hurt while you're using the computer and try to take steps to alleviate that by reducing the number of times you perform the repetitive actions that make it hurt by changing the software/hardware, taking regular breaks, and strengthening with exercises if needed.

I think there is an error with this Jigidi: https://www.jigidi.com/jigsaw-puzzle/94mrxmkd/december-20-extreme/
It's marked as an extreme one but it has only 49 pieces.

"It is possible that puzzles go below these limits but never above (except Extreme)"
So technically an extreme puzzle could be just 4pieces? :D

It's also the only jigidi on the website that has an estimated time down to the seconds, so I think it was just supposed to be a little fun ;)

Seems like there are some issues right now. Getting a "500 Internal Server Error" upon submitting time and proof.
Also, now it just seems to go back to the home screen when doing that, without the submission being set.
Edit: Nevermind, it's going back to the home screen because I tried too many submission.
Also a little confused about the extreme puzzle.

I am getting the same error. Everything on the site is working except that I get a 500 error when trying to submit a time.
I think the extreme puzzle was meant to be kind of a troll because you can't see how many pieces the puzzle has until you open it. That means the people that are choosing to complete at least one puzzle per day but not doing them all will probably see extreme and 6h 30m to solve and pick the one labeled easy instead to get their one puzzle solve for the day. This will also give the people paying attention a lot more point if it is actually calculated as an extreme puzzle.
Edit: Site is working again.

Also getting the error 500 on submitting the proof around 09:40. I only see this in the error log: POST https://ozoxmas.vairogs.events/puzzle/43 500 43:1
update: now at 09:45 i was able to post... But i don't think my submission was saved. Did it used to say: submitted in stead of open?

If I understand that users bugreport correct I should still see the message "submitted" under the puzzle on the main-page?
Because even after submitting, for me it looks just "open"
And on the puzzle page the time/link are stored though.
So is it submitted or not if it's not shown on the main page?

Hi. This has been a strange year. I have created a lot of giveaways but why not create even more? Some of you may have already seen or participated in pre-Event Event to get some taste of what is coming. I have already attempted similar event but that was years ago.
Similarly as in past event, you can earn points by doing puzzles. All of puzzles will be jigidis.
All puzzles will be open exactly 24 hours. To earn an entry to better Christmas giveaways, you must solve all puzzles in this event. There will be at least 2 puzzles each day.
All point values will be available in point section once that section is live (in next few days). I will try to finish Help section by the start of the event.
I have made a simple website for this event. Everything related to event will be posted there. Website has a steam login and to participate, you must have steamgifts account (obviously). If you have a different username in jigidi, there will be a possibility to set that username on website.
All giveaways in this event will end on December 28th 12:00 AM UTC+2. Website itself also operates in UTC+2 timezone and giveaways open/close on midnight. Once your submission is checked, submission form will be replaced with a link to giveaway unless you already own the game.
To your submission be counted as valid, you must follow some rules/guidelines. These rules will also be written Help section in bit more detail. pre-Event event is a good taste of what you will need to do.
RULES / GUIDELINES of submissions:
Within each 24 hours you will be able to edit your submission as much as you want. Pages with top solvers by day and overall will be created later on.
All giveaways are for level 1.
If you are on my blacklist, sorry. It's highly unlikely that I will remove anyone from my blacklist but you can try to plea in comments.
If by any chance you find a bug, you can submit a bug report on website. Just make sure that something like that hasn't been already submitted.
