I don't enter many giveaways because I want to make sure they're games I really want and I'll play them... I'm also old and have other irl things that stop me from gaming all the time!
Over level 5, but looking back through the past 5 pages of your giveaways I would have only entered 3 of them...so don't counter on me entering a lot if you do accept :)

Well since no one knows what the secret requirments are than I think I will give it a chance :)
I also enter only in GAs of games I want to play and can't wait for my holiday from work to have so much needed time to play my wins :)

I have a few requirements to be in my whitelist but the only thing i'll say is that you have to be atleast lvl 5. I'll keep all the other requirements a secret.
Edit: one thing i've been thinking about adding as a rule is that i wont whitelist anyone with a vac ban because i don't want cheaters to win any of my special GA's. if your profile is friends only let me know so that i can add you if i think you qualify. My rules aren't strict yet but might be in a few months, who knows. :P
