The folks at Humble Bundle are recommending Moon+ Reader

Personally, I didn't to read them on my tablet yet.

They also talk about getting e-books into Google Play Books: download non-HD PDFs and follow Google's instructions. That should work for use with the Android app.

As for their specific Android instructions, I noticed Moon+ Reader mentioned and wondered why they decided to endorse that one particular app instead of suggesting a bunch, because there are a lot of readers. I usually use Aldiko for my e-books, for example. I think some office suite apps will also handle PDFs. Since they provide PDF, mobi, and epub formats, I think you should be able to get the books into whatever your favorite reader app is. I wouldn't go looking for a new one specifically for these, especially if you already have and use one you like.
