The script / add-on that you use pulls its data from the Steam store page. These games list trading cards on their store pages, but in reality they don't drop them.
There is a significant threshold that a game must achieve so that it can drop cards (number of players / reviews) and these kind of games will most likely not make it to this threshold.
Basically: it's more or less of a scam to list Trading Cards on the store page when your game doesn't really drop them, but I think this practice is used in hopes to attract more buyers.
In case you want to check it for yourself, you can look up those games on SCE or directly on the Steam market (you will see that no cards are listed there).
