Well truthfully, oftentimes I actually don't feel very positive at all, deep down at least... But it does always help to try to create/find some wherever you can, and it helps even more to share it! No matter what's happening, there's always things to be grateful for, however "small" they may be. Though those small joys we might take for granted every day are the most important, and they're not small at all :)
A book and kitty cuddles sounds ultimately cozy, do you add a nice tea/drink in there? :D

We're all fragile deep down, but you emit good vibrations, so I'd say you're succeeding pretty well at what you do .
And yes, whatever drink would do, probably better hot than cold currently , so why not a tea or a cocoa :)

My favorite way to relax is to go sit with my chickens for a while. There’s just something calming about watching them interact and go about their very important chicken business. They’ll often saunter over to me to check if I have treats, then wander off again, clucking all the while. They’re good hens :) Even if most of them are currently producing exactly 0 eggs. Cutest freeloaders I’ve ever met!

Oh, that is so precious! I love chickens, they're very intelligent and loving :) I've seen videos about how they love to be pet and cuddled! Watching animals is definitely one of the most relaxing activities, we could learn a lot from them!
