No bans or suspensions on SG and Steam.
Not applying to the group because I have been suspended once and requested to be suspended again (long story), but I'm curious - how can you check this? A tool to check if someone was already suspended could be very helpful when requesting new winners or reporting users.

we use the steamrep tool to check any VAC bans or other reports, and we also will look through your SG profile to see any unactivated wins or trade feedback!

I sure would like to join, but as I mentioned I was already suspended on SG (though I doubt many would not justify me), and I have another similar suspension coming up (requested by me, as I want to get it over with and not have it hover over my head). In short, I appreciate what you're doing, but will have to follow from the outside.

Saying "no" to nicest people on SG makes me very sad :( but we don't want to be unfair to other people who already joined and met entry requirements. I hope that you will get to level 5 and will achieve needed ratio. I know that it is very hard and takes time =\

Nope, this is the largest we've ever been (89 members currently). Entry requirements are very tough D: We now add maybe 1-3 people a week. Most who qualified already joined. Few more people are trying to fix their ratio so they could join soon. We still have spots left ;)

I wasn't even thinking of asking to join yet. I am just very sad, because it will be a long time before I can reach level 5 and a 1:2 ratio, due to responsibilities and lack of funds, but I hope there will be room left for me when I do. :)

Hello, I see that you are new to the scene. However, our rules require the following:
Entry requirements:
Level 5+
Give at least twice of what you win. $1 won : $2 sent in CV value, not quantity. Check your stats here. If you qualify please post your real CV ratio in comments.
1000+ comments and active on forum.
At least 30% of your GAs have to be public or “invite only” forum GAs (not just giveaways for private groups).
No bans or suspensions on SG and Steam.
There is no such thing as "power leveling" unless you spend a good amount of $$ on games. This is NOT a competition to level up to join this group. We are looking for generous people and individuals who contribute more to the community via participation in the forums and showing general friendliness or contribution to SG.
If you are looking for people to play online games with, I suggest you check out "Let's Play Together" or join a steam group with people playing the same games you are interested in, or post on the SG forum in the "LPT" section asking for people to play with you.
I recommend you read the FAQ To help you get started here in the community.
Additionally, to even get to level 5, you will have needed to given at least $250, as stated here.

Bundle Addicts Anonymous (BAA)
Rachellove, KTS and I decided to create a small group for people who are as addicted to bundles, deals, gifting games, making friends, and the SG community as much as we are.
What is BAA?
This is not a ratio-based giveaway group, nor do we focus solely on giving away games. Initially, when we formed this group, we aimed to unite kind-hearted, generous SG members to share giveaways with. However, it has since grown into a friendly gathering of users who feel comfortable chatting, playing games, and sharing thoughts and opinions openly with each other.
Over time, we have adjusted our old rules to accommodate the needs of the group and to incorporate the helpful suggestions of our members.
We strive to build a tight-knit community of people who give much more than they take or receive, enjoy talking to other members, and love the SteamGifts community in general. Most importantly, we expect all members to be active within our group.
Why BAA?
This is, in essence, a smaller community within the greater SG community comprised of individuals with a variety of unique personalities and backgrounds – so all introverts and extroverts are welcome!
We take all of our members very seriously and expect them to follow all rules, including maintaining a real CV ratio and respecting all members of the group.
However, we are also a fun-loving group of people who realize that SG and friendships are more than giving away games – it’s about finding people to connect with, play games with, talk to, and forge lasting relationships with.
When joining, please consider YOUR reasons for joining this group, as we do not accept those who want to use this group as a +1 or to simply give and win games. We take a holistic approach to selecting members, taking into consideration people’s contributions to SG, their personalities and unique attributes, and whether or not they mesh well with our values.
