It's my Birthday... and it's SteamGifts birthday...

... sometime in June. I said I will make some giveaways, including a private not a puzzle giveaway. It's June now, summer is here, so here's something to play:

Puzzle:
Link to the giveaway is in the form of http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/XXxXX, where X is capital letter and x is regular small-case letter. No numbers.

  1. Moiraine killed her, but not really. First letter, of course.
  2. Letter similar to Cyrillic letter U.
  3. Syrio's surname, first letter.
  4. He's Jack, he's called to the wilderness, met the White fang... First letter.
  5. His name is Bond. Bond Who?

Yes, all five clues are related to books, letters and similar things.
