on the site it says I have 360 ARP and 2273 ARP lifetime but no claim button anywhere unless all gone. I haven't spent any previous ARP so not sure why that's at 360 but apparently its 1400 to claim a copy.

There's no claim button because the Game Vault doesn't open until 00:00 UTC on June 24th.
So you have about two weeks to gain 1000 ARP if you want to try to claim a copy. But you'll also need to be quick about it... Last month pretty much everything but Dolmen was gone in under 5 minutes once the vault opened.

The Game Vault is a good idea in theory, but there's not nearly enough copies for the site users. I think they should make it a lottery. The vault opens for 24 hours and anyone with the right amount of ARP can buy a ticket. At the end of the day, random drawings. Keep the ARP from the winners, refund everyone else.
Because right now the way it works it's far easier for folks in the North / South American time zones where it opens in the early evening. It's not fair to Europeans, Asians, or Australians who have to login during the middle of the night or early morning when most people are either asleep or at work.
