Were I just scammed trying to buy SteamGifts account? (giveaway ended)

Hey all, a little queztion. Yesterday one guy started chat with me, given link to hjs SG account which had 100 wins inn 5 months and said he'll sell his account for money. After sending him $$3$ he blocked me and deleted from friend list.

Did he scam me?
ANd will I get my lucky account?

Later edit: giveaway ended. It was inspired by one comment that said that in all those scam threads he's waiting for "SG account scam". As most people noticed, few words were written badly. Those bad letters and slightly random number created giveaway code. Thx for playing, thx for some funny responses, thx to those few people who didn't found it. And remember, you can't trade your steamgifts account.

Note to myself: next time remember to put some info about not putting info about giveaway in thread :P

Considering your SG account is linked directly to your Steam account I don't see how you can have one without the other. Next time use common sense. This lesson only cost you $3, you're lucky it wasn't more.
