New Moderator in Chat

Greetings community,

Many of you have been requesting another person moderating in chat. That person is now Raiden. Raiden has helped out a lot in the community over the last few months and never really stopped. To clear this up in advance, he was approached long before Ellendi resigned and was not a last minute replacement.
