I would assume that eventually all of them will be restocked, the question is: when will that happen? As you see, sometimes it takes a day or two, but in other cases it can take months or even years.
What's wrong with the wording, how can it be made clearer?

Forest Cathedral and Re:Call aren't listed in the bundle anymore (I only picked it up yesterday.) Teacup is listed with those two and Princess Farmer has it's own sentence.

A note to early buyers of the bundle, that received keys for Re:Call and The Forest Cathedral.
Check your bundle purchase page and you will also find additional keys available for the newly added games Newt One and We Should Talk.

The amount of keys that developers can request from Valve is limited. I think it's 100.000 but I'm not sure of the exact amount any more, and I think that there is some sort of cooldown until they can request again. Splitting these among all the shops that sell the game and all the bundles could prove to be a stretch in some cases.
Both Re:Call and The Forest Cathedral are "Profile features Limited" games, so the restrictions for them are even more harsh. Perhaps they can't even generate more than 100.000 keys until Valve lifts these restrictions, which is a bit of a chicken-egg problem. This can happen only when the game reaches a certain amount of Steam store sales / wishlists / reviews. I'd say that bundling it prevents people from buying it directly from the store, thus the process of lifting the restriction might be even slower. The reviews will also come from key activations, so they won't count towards the global review score either.

Haha, I was mostly exaggerating, but thanks for the detailed explanation. For this specific case, those two games were previously unbundled and according to HB this bundle sold 17.268 copies. I'm not blaming the devs or Valve, I'm blaming Humble for being greedy and not making sure they have enough of a thing when they sell that thing.
But anyway, thanks a lot for these charts and all you're doing :D

They tweeted that they'll be restocked so they're obligated to supply us keys as long as you bought it before the deadline. That being said, there might be a cooldown for when the devs can generate keys so that might be why it hasn't happened yet

Thanks! Did they really do that more often. The only game that I remember where they truthfully said that it will not be restocked anymore was Temple of Xiala which still shows up in my bundle library but as „unavailable“. All other games they refused to provide are just „out of stock“ endlessly.

Normally the second option. Games will just stay out of stock indefinitely and if you contact support they will just evade any direct questions about it. The oldest game in my bundle library where they did this dates back to 2017.
