PC - why? It's easily upgradeable, multifunctional platform that will always be better than consoles. Unless you're weekend gamer, then I admit, it's much better for you to own the console.

PC, especially with the expected price range on the ps4 + xbox. You can buy an equivalent/better PC for the same price, especially if you include the ridiculous prices on accessories (dualshock 3 is $45 on amazon, imagine what dualshock 4 will be)

Expected price is 400-500$. You are not going to get a PC with better performance than those consoles for that price.

Consoles will always have a much better price point than PC games... what are you talking about? You couldn't even build a custom PC with the same spec and performance for less or even get close.

It's because MS and Sony sell their consoles at a loss (look up "loss leaders") and lose ~$100+ on each sale, with the hopes that they will make it back in the long run through game sales and online subscriptions. Not to mention, the sheer volume allows console manufacturers to negotiate incredibly cheap component prices -- if you're buying 50 million identical CPUs, you can pay the bare minimum to the CPU maker and the profit, while tiny per individual unit, will be huge overall.

Because PC stopped selling with that hardware years ago. Store bought PCs get an incredible markup and bundled with bloatware.

They make it up with 2-4 games, as you said. Factor that in, shop sensibly and suddenly PC far more than a console costs just a touch more and can do so much better.

i say PC because to me when i play on consoles, people seem to be way to competitive and not even nice than the people i see on PC (This is only an opinion not all of it may be true... Dont judge)

If you enjoy gaming either PC or PS4, if you wanna do everything BUT play games, Xbox 1 seems to be the way to go

You, bow to the PC MASTER RACE now!!

The only question is PS4 vs Xbox One, for a few selected good exclusive games (that they may decide not to port to PC >_<, sigh, like Red Dead Redemption ...)

PC is the only correct answer. Superior backwards compatibility AND superior graphics abilities ftw. Can play without paying for premium servers unless you want to, can play the hugest gaming library of any gaming platform (spanning over 3 decades), legal modding, non-restrictive player limitations and a huge variety of control setups, what's more to ask? lol

You've managed to list everything there. I didn't even consider the fact that there are 3 decades worth of content available. I'm playing half life 1 for the first time right now, and that kind of compatibility wouldn't be possible on any of the other consoles

I'd go with a PC, and either a Wii U/PS4 to complement it.
