Last years: Cities In Motion, Bastion, To The Moon and definitely the best soundtrack of 2012 - Borderlands 2.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic has some of the best game soundtrack ever.

Minecraft. that slow music in background, feels so relax :D

Those aren't really electronic, but Sequence had some awesome music in it, which may be a little more what you're looking for. Ronald Jenkees did a large chunk of the music in the game. One of my favorites here.

StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm OST (it's the only thing that is really good in single-player campaign of this game).
