Your game count returned by Steam API was 307, hence not passing the rule.
I intended to set this one since there have been so many bundles out there and it should not be a problem if you put some effort to catch up with all those free key giveaways and bundles with your account.

Although I am kinda late about this, I got 6666 games a couple days ago so I've been thinking about giving away some bundled junks because why not :)
