Well guys, i know many of you wanted it, so here we go: The SG_Killer 4

Hey guys,

because many of you requested a sequel to my SG_Killer series and i got some sparetime over the holidays,
i created brand new episode, the interlude.

Its not as the previous ones, but a bit more challenging i think.
As allways, i will give hints if there is really a need to, but pls don't share them yourself, you could end on my BL.

Also here is some moodmusic.

Is the fifth rune in the dropbox clue drawn properly? If it's supposed to be curved lines then I know what it is, if it's straight then I am probably decoding it wrong.

yes, it is :/
Maybe you have the wrong alphabet?
there are different ones, from different times and regions.
I think its not a too big hint when i tell you the name of the rune is "ansuz"

Yes, the first alphabet I was trying was taken from a game manual from the 90's. One of my all time favorate RPGs.

I passed that part but got stuck when decoding the paragraph, i finished decoding it but I don't know which format to use, or even if I got the answer right. Are they case sensitive? Any hints you can give?

The part after the runes. Where it says After spending hours decoding the weird message, your hand are shaking hoping the answer is right.

Yes the part with the quote, Am I missing something? Is there a specific format like Uppercase lowercase? I tried some other formats, but I guess I still didn't get it

Same problem here. Tried different fragments and translations. Nothing works :(
EDIT: Got it. The main source of knowledge is sometimes the wrong one :)

i copy pasted the quote from a specific source. upper lower case doesn't matter, but the Punctation does!

I give up. Rewriting the Interlude puzzle, checking to see if I rewrote it correctly, only to spend way too much time thinking that the bad grammar is some sort of clue.
Good puzzle, but I guess I'm just not cut out to solve it.

I think it is my first time solving real puzzles and ... i fail
I tried with the first murder, choosed wisely who should I talk to, translated first message, decoded 2nd ... and what next?
If you could give some hints about how this works ... ;)

well, i will start to explain here:
the whole is a concept puzzle, wich is loosly connected storywise, but its not necessary to solve the first 3 puzzles, its just for those who didn't play the previous ones to get the "plot".
For the Giveaways, its only necessary to solve the latest puzzle, the interlude.
this means you have to find a way to find and answer the question someone braught to your office in an envelope.
If you are able to, you get to the next stage.

Giving up on the runes. Kept searching for the appropriate letters, but can't seem to find the set that quite fits. I got the rough translation, but it's not enough.

hi, good luck if you are still onto it!
Just a little hint, not for the solution, but for the answer:
when you know what you are looking for, don't just copy the answer from the site you may manly use to read about knowledge.
Try to find a different source, all punctuation marks are important!
