I feel like you are still trying to make meaningful connections (it would be a lot simpler to silently stop using the site), so I recommend revising your strategy. Declaring your misery might get you the response you are looking for from people that you are very close to, like your parents, but it pushes everyone else away. There are people here that enjoy helping others, so if you make it a little easier for them to provide something constructive, I think you will be happier with the response.

Also, I'm not in the "internet douchebags who can't afford one dollar bundle" Steam Group but I could still enter. ;-P

I hope you find what you're looking for somewhere else, then. Yes, lots of people here can be snobbish, rude, argumentative over trivial things, and too quick to blacklist over the slightest thing. I don't look to this place for camaraderie, meaningful discussion of nearly anything, or friendship. I find that in other places in my life, and I just come here to make and participate in game giveaways and puzzles.

I don't think you realize what this site is, or what means to have such a large number of users, who are here for different reasons, and share different opinions on any topics.
Seems a given that someone won't agree with you. Hell, some people have this gift of partaking in discussions they don't know nothing about.
unfortunately you couldn't even take it for what it is. You failed at ignoring anyone who doesnt deserve attention. And with attitudes like this, that even made the process of giving and receiving seem so meaningless to you, its hard to say if you even made any friends during these 2 years
