How crappy is your laptop/computer?
Oooh oooh, mine is super crappy. I dont play games on it because I literally cant. I got it for free and it was so virus ridden and running Vista that I just wiped it clean and installed a copy of XP I had lying around. Except that the drivers for the integrated graphics only exist for Vista and 7. The only things it will run are the Avernum games, the original Binding of Isaac (lol flash), and Dungeons of Dredmor.

Current craptop:
AMD 1.2ghz dual core, 4gb 800mhz ram upgraded from 512mb, nVidia 8200M g integrated gpu, W7x64.
It's a PoS. Probably worse than OP's.
Want a better laptop so badly.. lol.
Desktop is decent at least. Still rockin an i7 950 D0 @4ghz, 12gb 2ghz 9-9-9-24 1t ram and an nVidia EVGA 480 SC+. It can still play new games fairly well, at least for now. :D

I have a Dell Inspiron 9400 Laptop that is around 10 years old, after a bit of tinkering it could run Borderlands and CoDWaW on lowest settings pretty well.
My desktop computer is a Dell XPS 8500 which can run the likes of Skyrim on high (not max) settings.

On my laptop, I play csgo on low, 720p resolution and i am getting 40-50 fps. I guess i am doing pretty well compared to rest of the folks here.

I've built mine myself (a few years ago). Currently has i5, 660M, 8GB & SSD, but I could always upgrade it.
Though, I guess my next one will be a desktop, because so much cheaper.

I don't game on my laptop anymore, but it would still run a decent proportion of library. I used it up until 18 months ago, and whilst performance wasn't always great I hadn't at that point come across a game I couldn't play. There's almost certianly some newer games that it couldn't handle.
It's a 4-year old Dell Inspiron 15R with an i3 380M (2.53 GHz) processor, an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5850 graphics card and 3GB of RAM.
Current desktop has an FX 8350, an HD 7850 GPU and 16GB of RAM.

Ive been wanting to buy a computer, but my ever so increasing student loan is stopping me from doing that. Sooo, I will have to wait a while.
