Opinions differ. I say yes, others advise against it so I guess everybody has to make up their mind about that themselves. The argument against it would be that packages can change and there might be other items added to that package in the future although I haven't really noticed that happen yet.

When you activate tier 1 key, you get subscription license for all apps listed here: https://steamdb.info/sub/130315/apps/
That package does not include https://steamdb.info/app/231451/ "Company of Heroes 2 - Standard Game DLC" = CoH2 singleplayer game.
So even though you get Company of Heroes 2 in your library, you can only play Multiplayer with tier1 license.

Something is odd - steamdb is clearly giving the UK price as £9.99 but it is £19.99 on the UK Steam store. Same app ID.

SteamDB reports cheapest package.
This gives wrong reports, because what SteamDB calls game "Company of Heroes 2" isn't the actual game, but base game for many different games, which are show as DLC for it.
[This way different games are MP-compatible.]
So you've to check correct sub to see correct price.

They certainly think in their customers. I was gonna grab BTA, but when i checked that you must purchase all the DLC's to have the full game, was an instant pass. Plus, I've grabbed the tier 1 in Sega Strategy Bundle.

If you haven't put too many hours on it yet, ask for a refund. Valve is pretty generous with allowing you to return a game, even if it's just because it has become cheaper to buy again.

There's one DLC in tier 3 that I don't own. Other than pointing out that the CoH2 "Master Collection" in the SEGA strategy bundle was not so master after all, I don't see a purpose for this bundle. This is vastly inferior to the SEGA bundle, missing many games that were included in it and costing 66% as much. Anyone who passed on the SEGA bundle will surely pass here, and anyone who bought the SEGA bundle will find this one redundant.
Now, if the keys were individual then I may have bought tier 3 just to truly have a master collection of CoH2, but it is far cheaper for me to just buy that one DLC and be done with it. That's if I'm so inclined.
