Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Guilty Crown, High School of the Dead, Kuroko no Basket, Accel World (same creator as SAO, i think), Hunter x Hunter II, Toradora, Toaru Majutsu no Index and Bakemonogatari.

I don't know what is your favorite genre, so I have listed only the best I could remember. :D

If you feel like watching a comedy, Ranma 1/2 is the anime for you! Also it has a fair bit of fanservice since you mentioned that in particular. :P

Black Jack TV and Black Jack 21.
After some time I've stopped watching naruto and bleach because of one thousand fillers.
I'ts medical drama, the guy is a kind of greedy (but a good guy) supersayan medic. The episodes of black jack tv are self contained, so, no fillers kk, but the 17 episodes of black jack 21 are 5x worth most of these generic animes with a zillion of episodes and 5-10 of history .-.
