cheapest steam region without region locl

Hi

I was just wondering what is steam region is currently cheapest? is it Japan?

Almost everything is cheaper on Japan\Canada, a couple of games are cheaper in EU2

Norway is worth mention too (used to be on EU2, but separately priced).

Varies by game. (Japan, Canada, Norway, EU2)

EU1 is cheaper than US on some older Ubisoft / EA games. (eg. Dragon Age Ultimate 10€ vs $20)
