i got helluva blacklists.
things didn't change.
folks keep activating double wins.
and other folks keep posting "you must" lists.
go blacklist me now.
because it's easier to whine about "rulebreakers" rather than implement something to prevent them from breaking rules.

There is one person that can implement changes in how this site works (cg), and he is likely not among those you believe blacklisted you for suggesting improvements. I don't quite understand why you bind them together.
This thread is just my best effort to improve things. I don't expect it to make a huge change, but better some change for the better than none.

if only that makes you feel better. but the point is that it was like that long before and your thread doesn't really make any change for the better. it's just another "follow vague rules we only mention in forums or cool guys will sort you out". none of these threads will ever solve the problem.
it wouldn't be hard to add "show key" button like it was on steamcommunity (so you can prove you didn't see the key) and check your wins for the same title, when you attempt to reveal the key (so you can't even see it if it's dup). heck, there's not even a warning that tells it might be "illegal" by the terms of this site, is there? (before hooking to this last sentence, ask yourself how many people actually read ToS anywhere?)
but there should be a demand from community. and is there any? does this forum community actually wants to "change for the better"? the answer is nope. it's toxic. it will sink every suggestion thread with "you shouldn't even do that! we have unofficial rules! we have sgtools!" and there were multiple threads with these suggestions, a lot of them. sometimes even in the top. but it just feels cool to give someone a lifetime sgtools ban, I guess.

When you say something like "it's easier to whine about rulebreakers rather than implement something" you put the sole potential implementer (cg) with those you say whine (and blacklist). They are not the same person.
I agree with the "show button" suggestion and have bumped that thread. With that said, I don't hold my breath for it to be implemented any time soon. Until then, I'll do what I can to improve things, even if by your standards it's pointless.
And you can't get a lifetime SGTools ban for just having multiple wins. That's not how it works. At most you won't be able to enter some SGTools-protected GAs, which is a very different thing.

that's exactly how it works. no dup wins is like the base rule of every leet sgtools user, no matter how long ago it was.
once again. if toxic community doesn't bump ideas up to cg, it will never even have a chance to be implemented.

so wait, you link me to your plea thread where you ask people to stop using this criteria? should that like prove your point of "that's not how it works"? it looks more like the usage of that rule is so excessive, that you felt the urge to ask to stop it. the whole point of sgtools to to sort people out. those who don't care they rather go pub ga.
i also often see that ridiculous "we're doing that to save time for support" argument. but in fact 1 time change in the interface would literally save much more time and prevent a lot of drama.
in fact we're probably not the ones who should argue, as I see you understand the problem. except you believe words help here and I don't. good luck with that stuff.

Update: Due to recent site changes it is no longer needed to perform extra steps to avoid winning the same game multiple times. However, many users still have multiple wins in their account, so the appendix below is still relevant.
If you win the same game multiple times and mark the wins as received, you are breaking the rule of this site and are very likely to get a suspension (and if you still continue to do it, get a permanent suspension). You will also be blocked from entering most SGTools-protected giveaways, so better avoid this unpleasant situation. Here's how:1. Activate the first win, and (assuming success) mark as Received2. Add a comment in the second win: "I won this game from another giveaway. Please request a new winner. Thanks!"3. Important: Do not mark the second giveaway as Received or as Not Received. After requesting the giveaway creator to reroll, your part is done. Just forget about it, and of course do not re-gift the key to anyone else and do not activate it on another account. For all intent it's not yours to use and should be assigned a new winner. If the giveaway creator didn't respond in a timely manner you may also mark as Not Received, but leaving giveaway feedback untouched is acceptable too. More info here.4. To reduce the chances of multiple wins in general, after winning, resync your account (this script can automate this after you mark as received), go over your entries to other giveaways of the game you just won and remove them manually.Appendix A - How to fix multiple wins
If you previously won the same game multiple times and already marked the wins as received, it's too late to follow the process above. There are however things you can still do to fix the situation. Getting rid of multiple wins is not easy, as it requires some co-operation from at least one of the GA creators. It can be difficult to get co-operation if they're not active on this site any more, or if the they gave a large number of keys. Still, the following procedure is worth a shot:
