STG Bundle [SOLD-OUT]

30 games for $1.44

See attached screenshot how it should look in the store.

Heads-up

Although the original bundle is sold out, other bundles are coming available every time but with low stock. Sometimes the STG bundle also shows up again, but with modified bundle content. Be sure to double check the game list of the bundle! Notice on the website:

Sorry, for now we do not make many bundles. When a bundle is out of stock it is removed from the page. If you have purchased a bundle and it has gone out of stock at the same moment, please, write to us and we will restock it asap. We will do our best to make more stable bundles in future. Thanks for understanding, bros.

Depending on your payment provider, some extra costs might apply. For me the final price via PayPal was $1.94.

Heard about this store via this giveaway and bought this bundle. Thought I'd share it with you! They also sell another "Cards" bundle, if anyone wants to make a chart for that one, feel free to. ;) This is my first chart by the way, please bare with me if there are any mistakes (also respect for the people making these things, I've found it's quite some work!).

Were you able to pay in USD (or your local currency)? Even if my cart shows USD it seems to change to RUB when paying with my card, which my bank apparently doesn't like.

They offer 2 bundles, but they disappear/appear from time to time, possible due to restocking. If one of them is available, you can see it above the "Make your bundle" section as in this screenshot:

That's probanbly because there are two different bundles, and only one of them is showing now because the other is OOS or been removed, where they may change the games contained in it again. This is almost like those mystery game packs, because at any point, the bundle you purchase could be somewhat different from what other people got.

It appears that each time a bundle goes out of stock, at least one game has been changed when it comes back.

I much prefer the build-a-bundle, but don't lke the idea of using a credit/debit card to purchase it. Decisions, decisions.

Does it matter whereever DIG obtains codes? I mean even if DIG is double, it's just few cents. Frankly, best option would be skip garbage like this altogether :P

I think both sites are really awful when it comes to easy of use / usability design.

Not necessarily to me as much, but others have raised the question.

Maybe they require "3D secure" on it, like for non whole bundle purchases.

That must be on your card, like "verified by VISA" or 3D secure shiny logo.
I don't think I have it, and you probably don't, if your card failed their verification process.

That must be a must for Russian sellers...

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

yeah i don't think it is.. i mean it is a visa card so it's clearly verified by them, but yeah it's not the newer chipped card or anything like that.

Verified by Visa means you login using your bank account in addition to giving card number for extra security.

Hmm, thought I was pretty good at keeping up with obscure bundle sites but I'd never heard of this place before... Looking at the payment methods available I wonder if you need to be in Russia to buy anything, though... :(

Here's an alternative explanation: The fees they're paying Paypal (typically 35 cent or more) are higher than the cost of some of these games, so they're just ensuring they don't lose money on some transactions. Alternatively, they can add a PayPal fee for each transaction, like how the DailyIndieGame does it (after I suggested it ;-)

Unfortunately, the product you paid for was out of stock at the time when confirmation of your payment was received. We recommend contacting the merchant (see contact details below) and requesting that the product be restocked. As soon as the merchant restocks the product (this usually does not take long), click the “Check Product Availability” button and you will get access to the product you paid for right away. For our part, we have already sent the merchant a message via the member area.

Cool. Not.

Apparently the seller is Sifaka Digital. They also seem to have a game called BUNNY & PIGGY on Steam.

According to Google Translate:

Sifaka Digital - a small studio, engaged in the development and publishing of games on Steam. We love to dream and realize dreams in the game. Game - it is a small world where everyone will be able to discover something new, or just have fun. Let us try to create as much as possible of these worlds!

I'll give them time to restock.

This site is really awful to keep track of...

The preselected bundles seem to almost be part of some automated algorithm that grabs a bunch of games, bundles them together and then prices them. Once some threshold is reached, the bundle goes OOS, and it either gets relaunched with slightly changed games, or a new bundle is created with a new name. I can't imagine that someone is doing all this manually every day.

tried to buy build your own bundle twice as I found 24 games I didn't already own, payment failed both times, even though I had the cash in the bank.. Hoping this wasn't a scammer site where I"ll wake up with a negative bank account and a red butt and face.. Lucky for me I only have like 5 bucks max in my account at this time, and once I notice anything shady I'll report it to the bank.. Wish I had tried to use a giftcard instead...

Shame they don't let you use paypal for build a bundle.. I trust their support far more than this shady website.. Ahh well, maybe I can find those 24 games I needed for cheap.. Anyone interested in buying them, contact me, I'll give 3 TF keys for the 24 I need :-D the 24 came up to about 1.53 USD..

I was using Citi ThankYou Premier (Visa Signature) and the payment got rejected after the 3D verification. It's a foreign transaction though I didn't put any travel notification with my bank since I am not actually traveling there. Card works elsewhere, before and after these rejected transactions.

Citi has had very tight fraud control throughout the years, I was able to confirm the foreign online charges when they declined the payment before, but not this time.

If it helps, they only ask for your e-mailadres :) So PayPal should be save. If you are tempted to use a credit card, then the fact that the actual payment is done by https://corporate.payu.com/ might help. Otherwise, stand on the sideline for a few weeks and see where it goes ^^ (or let others buy stuff for you. xD)
