I bought it anyway xD Also lmao. Putting Anomaly games here is a bit scammy. It was given for free like thousands of billions of times. And I don't care for "it's for charity". You can give money to charity without buying games. Or actually not buying anything. Buying a bundle of games of course I want it to be quality content. At least not being either super crap or given away for free. I think I've got like 3 or 4 keys for every Anomaly games here. Because some bundles and sites really doesn't have what to give.

I usually buy it before any reveal. This year I choose to wait. I'm glad I did. The selection of what was offered was not to what I expected to pay for. It might be ok for other people. Anyway.

For me this was one of the best ones they have done. Lots more actual games and unbundled things. And I got to give the money to my local animal rescue. So it's a win-win. :)

Yeah, that is how I always looked at it. And also in this bundle knowing that all of these games are being given for free from the devs/publishers, I thought it was good to see some more smaller/unknown indie games in here this time around.

(I will say -- the bundle itself has gone downhill every year, and this year it fell off a cliff. This year more than ever, it's necessary to focus on the charity aspect, because there's really no other way to justify the purchase).

The last few days, in particular, were really bad LOL. Here I was hoping they'd end it with something a little better on the last day. I never bought one of these before, but at the same time, I kinda knew what I was in for lol. Although, I did have Cathedral on my wishlist, so there is that.
To be honest, I'd never have given 30 quid for what is basically a mystery bundle if the money wasn't going to a worthy charity. Definitely looking at the games as bonuses too. =)

I bought the bundle day one, knowing full and well the selection of games was going to be questionable to say the least. I was gonna give to charity one way or another anyways, i would have still bought it if i had the full reveal in front of me, despite not really wanting a single one of those games.
However i do feel a little bit bad for those who bought the bundle hoping for something good in return, especially since the bundle got objectively worse the longer it went on, its never nice to be disappointed. But you should never give to charity hoping to get a return from it, then it becomes something else, a business transaction.
Give because you want to give, because you want to help the people affected by the charity. If you ever get something back, be it games or good karma then thats a bonus, just never expect it.

It's wonderful.
It was a genuinely wonderful concept. But every passing year of zero effort streams and bundles it seems more and more some cynical vehicle for a few middle class blokes and a slightly uninspiring company that'll stumble along till they run it into the ground.
They've undoubtedly done something that was worthwhile so good luck to them and all but they collectively own something that with a bit more effort could do a lot more good. And whatever way you cut it that's a little sad.

I don't understand all the whining about this bundle (but there's so much whining about anything and everything, so I'm not surprised either).
Both game count and DLC-count got higher during the past few weeks, so all is good :)
I'll even go as far as saying there were some good games in the mix!

Good for you i guess. Never called anyone an idiot by the way. I personally helped in other ways and got myself games from other sources.In other words i bought amazing games for the same amount. Now if you insist that such bundles are OK and are worth the amount spent on them , i guess you belong to the very small minority. Cause making a xmas 'bundle' that consists of dlc , free games , coupons , games that been bundled ten times etc is simply idiotic. It would be much more honest to gather money via fundraising instead of 'offering' all that garbage as a return.But thats just my opinion.
