What are your favourite games on steam?

I want to put TF2, considering it's my second-most-played game right now, but I feel that it's more of a time-waster to me than a game that feels really fulfilling to me.

Beyond Good & Evil (played pre-Steam -- has a bit of everything, console-ish, great characters)
Braid (amazing indie puzzle platformer with time-shifting mechanics)
Defense Grid: The Awakening (still the best tower defense I've played)
Deus Ex (played pre-Steam -- epic, but sadly dated graphics-wise)
Deus Ex: Human Revolution (a worthy successor to the original)
DiRT (the first one... rally racing done right; Pikes Peak is simultaneously relaxing and nerve-wracking)
Super Meat Boy (hard as hell platformer, but the frustration never ruins the fun)
Team Fortress 2 (2500+ hours played... need I say more?)
[don't yet own on Steam] Jagged Alliance 2 (turn-based-strategy at it's finest and a complete education in firearms)
[non-Steam] Total Annihilation (RTS with free weekly DLC before DLC was "cool", plus explosions and the Krogoth)
[non-Steam] Full Throttle (adventure gaming classic...)
[non-Steam] The Neverhood (adventure gaming classic made entirely of clay; also Dreamworks' first game)
[non-Steam] Grim Fandango (adventure gaming classic and my favorite game of all time)

There are lots of great Point & Click Adventures like the 3 you mentioned I miss on Steam. Among those that are on Steam my favourite is The Longest Journey.
Warhammer 40k franchise. DoW 2 is the reason I began using Steam in the first place.

It is a very nice exploration and puzzle platformer. If you've played Knytt Stories, think of a series of unique Knytt Stories games, each with their own little quirks, combined into one larger plot. As a bonus, you get the ship radio (which even features remixes of KS music, plus other music), as well as a what I would call a "super" pinball minigame. The game also features multiple endings. And, as always with Nifflas games, really, really well-done atmospherics and ambience.

It could definitely be expanded to make greater use of the interstellar travel mechanism. I wish Nifflas would make more episodes for Saira.
