The only thing keeping me from buying a copy of Anno 2070 is the fact I don't know if these sites are truly legit or not. Also getting a Anno 2070 key that'd work on steam would be great.
It sucks to be cheap but too impatient to wait for a sale.

You can't get a steam key for a non steamworks* game.

i think he meant a non Steamworks game. it is a ubisoft game and if you get it other places rather than Steam you can not activate it on Steam. and yes it is a Non Steam game that Steam is allowed to distribute.

No i'm not kidding at all, europeans pay more than other countries for most of the games. That's why a lot of europeans ask US/GB friend to gift them games, or some europeans buy their games through proxies, VPN etc.
That's a reality, Steam fucks Europe.
Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 3 for example:
•€ 59.99 •$ 59.99 •£ 39.99

Yeah, if expensive, don't buy it. Who's forcing you? If our standards higher than theirs you should be proud of it.
Btw VPN and circumventing regional restrictions can lead to get your account disabled, permanently.

if the sites legit, but you cant tell for most of them

I wouldn't buy from your site tbh - mainly for one reason: if you have a retail key that comes from an actual physical copy, you should also have the copy because it's part of proving your account ownership (see: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6823-QADN-7849)

only problem with this is that there is so many digital key shops that you can get the keys that you want for cheaper; i can't see how many more people can make sales since there will always be 1000's of places cheaper. Lets face it about 20% of people would buy keys from a shop that put in bold red letters it was scam if it was at least £1 cheaper then the last place they looked it.

Hey guys,
I have a question about the Steam and Origin Games. Please if you can answer without any trolling.
So the thing is, I am (+ my friend) planning to open a Digital game shop. How it will work?
We are buying for example 500 copies of any game from the manufactures, but will sell only the keys inside them. Let’s say at this moment we can sell Shogun 2 Fall of the Samurai for £11.99. So would like to know your opinion, would you buy let’s say games at least 30% cheaper.
p.s Oh by the way there will be many sales like buy one get one free and so on.
