How to get new PC?

Find a suitable piece of ground and try growing one. Seeds should be much cheaper than actual pre-grown parts. It might take a while but it is well worth it!

But seriously, I know the feeling. I am struggling to save enough for a new GPU myself, I can save 50 bucks per month at most when I pay my rent and stuff so saving for a decent gpu (500 bucks) is gonna take a while.

Find a way to get paid in a foreign currency, preferably online. USD, EUR or GBP in particular. Then convert your salary to good money in RU with the current exchange rate and shop. Or directly buy PC parts from abroad (amazon, ebay trusted sellers, etc), whichever is cheaper.

Buy one, or steal one.

If you buy one for gaems make sure you use PCPartPicker or something.

If you steal one make sure you steal it from someone rich huehuehue

Га? То не купуй дурниць останнього року, «супер-новинок» й іншої маячні. Є безліч чудових ігор минулих років, на які не вистачить цілого життя. Мені цей розпродаж взагалі по цимбалах, нічого не пройдено з того, що є. В основному гроші пішли на доброчинність армії та бандли :-$, які лінь перевіряти чи оновилися там ключі з грінлайту. Я взагалі перше, що було купив в стім - то томб райдера, якого 3 рази пройшов на піратці. Так що не біда з пк, якщо можна підібрати собі гру.

1-Freelancer and similar websites pays you for doing some work for other users (Translation,Photoshop,writing skills,......etc)
2-SwagBucks,EarnHoney,Per TV & Apptrailers (They pay you for basically watching advertisements)
3-Youtube (You can upload your own videos and attach advs to them using google ad-sense and you get paid according to the views)
4-You can convince your friendsto pay X amount of money and you get paid first.For example u've 4 friends each one will pay 100$ so that's 500$ including yourself so u'll take the money and then each pays 100$ till everyone gets paid the 500$ by the end of the specific duration.

You can get

Z97 Motherboard the cheapest one, so you can upgrade the PC in the future with i5 and the new 5th generation.

G3258 CPU and overclock it to 4,3GHz +

try to find cheapest and best 2x4 GB ram. ( 1600+ MHz)

GPU R9 280x which is great and not that expensive.

PSU 600W find good brand or you can fry the PC.
