I don't have Prime though. I'm honestly confused since according to EGS, I don't own the game and still have the Get Game option in the store page (and not "In Library" )
But the game does exist in my Library in my Epic Launcher.
Also if I try to claim the game, it asks me if I want to claim the game as it "contains content you already own"

So I went ahead and claimed it ..... There is no change in the library except that I now have access to the Public test build of the game too. I could still download and play the game before claiming it.
