Yes the HH for this bundle is over.

It is a bit confusing, in basic, this is what you do:

1: Purchase the bundle you want when it comes out (must purchase the highest tier)
2: Wait for Happy Hour
3: Purchase again and check mark the box for Happy Hour

Depending on when you make your first purchase, you will get extra bundles. Sometimes, I only make my first purchase during happy hour and then it will give me 2 bundles. But, if you purchase as soon as the bundle comes out (within the first week I think), and then again during HH, you get 1+3 bundles.

I recommend joining a Steam group for group buys, it can save you time and money and all you need is a working Paypal:

I'm kind of torn on this issue...

On the less popular Bundles (GoGo Bundle) there have been links to GroupBuys for ages and I personally actually appreciate it that the GroupBuy is just one click away but I understand for popular Bundles it could turn into a problem when 5 different hosts advertise their GroupBuys.
