Ok done... In that group i won a game from a guy and 2 hours later he did blacklist me for no reason this is the 2th guy in group who they blacklist me for no reason :/

Good to hear you switched it back to public. You can try to contact those members yourself if you want to find out the reason, but as group moderator I'm not going to interfere with that, I hope you understand. We are a large group of 500+ members, so I'd suggest to look at the bright side and don't worry that much about a few blacklists. ;)

You could also argue that he is just very eager to start playing but just a bit impatient. Either way, there are no group rules regarding how members should behave against each other in addition to the already existing steamgifts rules. I'd like to keep it that way - members can settle their own problems individual. I'll not comment on this further.

I understood, normally we do like to send out a reminder one week in advance, but only if the winner thanked the giveaway creator. Otherwise indeed it is your responsibility to do so. ;)

Just to clarify this point - it's one reminder per user, for the first game they're about to miss, and only if they thanked the giveaway creator (this is the comment we post the reminder as a reply to). After this, no more reminders. You're on your own :-)

Introduction
Playing Appreciated is a group for members that like to play games they win and for giveaway creators that like to see their games getting played. This sounds simple, yet requires committent and dedication from members by filtering out games they like to play from all group giveaways and when won playing those within one month. In return members will get higher chances of winning games they want and creators will know their giveaways have a high chance of getting played. The group has more than 1000 members and over 25000 historical giveaways.
