I only made this account to give away a key i had no idea if it was still viable and after that i've been giving away any game that i don't want myself or noone of my friends want.

It took me 17 months to reach 5.70, though I've only been using SG during 9 of these months. What's more interesting to me, and since you mentioned it, is how little effort it actually took. Some of them come from always doing the rare 1,000 pts surveys regularly on TremorGames, a lot come from 10+ dollar-ish bundles where I wanted to created trains for events or groups, but literally none of them come from an actual income (I mostly do paid surveys to buy bundles). My giveaways are never really exciting, but I do make an effort to pick the nicest games and try to give back to the community especially when I'm online entering giveaways. Excuses don't really bring anyone anything.

2 1/2 years, also without an income, gifted alot through tremorgames and leftovers from friends.
Been a year stuck at level 7 and it's not going anywhere near 8 soon.

I used Tremor for a bit too. But now it seems harder and harder to get coins so I stopped using it.
Plus a lot more of the surveys look like shady virus ridden sites now and this pc is only a year old so.....

Well that but even Tremorgames admins seemed to have given up, they barely put new stuff in anymore, or have giveaways.

I won several, best win was Final Fantasy 7, i know someone who won 5000 coins, but i entered alot during 4-5 years and not won once, max entries was Always 500, comparing it to here, those were some very unlucky odds or the system is a bit rigged.

According to the graph, (aprox.) two months from level 1 to level 2, twenty days from level 2 to level 3, four months from level 3 to level 4, six months from level 4 to level 5 and three months from level 5 to my current 6.02. Some times were better than others financially.

It'll probably take longer in the future to raise my CV level since I don't invest in bundles as much nowadays. Good luck finding a job. :) I'm currently unemployed as well, so I know how much it sucks to want to be able to give and not have the financial situation to.

I never planned on getting more cv, i just like to gift games that i wont use otherwise. So i guess my cv only goes up when im buying from humble, or other websites and on a bundle have some games that i wont play. I been around here half a year and im only level 3

long, but i have a lot of unused keys, but if i have free time i prefer to spend it for gaming instead of spending hours for creating giveaways. i guess ill find some time once again for some hundred giveaways at winter.

huh, says i've been here for ~two years now. i was level 5 for like a week and then hurr durr sales and crap happened and now i'm stuck at 4.8
i was lucky to sell a stupid cs go knife skin for like +$100 at the time so thats how i raised my level here. but alas, no more steam cash so i'm ok with all the fun games ive won and played from here!

Well for one thing, I HATE not working. For another thing, buying bundles takes money. I don't own a credit card anymore. Been down that road twice. NEVER want to do it again. I'll buy a pre-paid gift card for anything.

Sitting here on my fat ass wondering just how long it took you to get to your current CV level.
Took me all of my 4 years to get to my 5.62. Hopefully I can finally get a job so I can give more back.
