Reported him as well but you might want to erase link to profile and delete thread. Sadly its against the rules to callout someone even with proof because if it wasn't would of done the same to the guy who falsely -rep me on trades since I told him not to beg on forums.

Hey guys,i've just received a phishing message from someone who added me, his level wasn't 0 so thought it wasn't a bot
i've submitted a report to steam already
