Or just make an invite-only giveaway for 5 copies of GTA5 (The Witcher 3, Killing Floor 2 and other top games work too), everyone (max 5) who joins the giveaway buys the game anyway because they are worth it. Wait till giveaway ends. Ask friends to mark it as received, because they already own the game. System can't detect if they didn't activated the gift and you get a CV boost. Problem, mods?

Doable, not even that hard, but otherwise quite pointless. One can increase level by cheating the system but for what purpose? People of high rank are quite rare and are thus spotted more easily. Join a single level 10 public giveaway or post in the discussions and somebody will check your profile. And spot the situation. And report you. The result is likely a permanent ban for everyone involved.

As others already mentioned, people can do that but it's against the rules, so it would result in a suspension.

Closing the thread. It just seems to result in insulting and blacklisting, plus quite a few reports for some reason.
