Good alcoholic drinks?

Dont bother with all the cocktails pish, just get a nice bottle of rum, i would suggest Angostura 1919 but its quite expensive (just ask in the shop you go to for a nice one) and get pepsi rather than coke, for me it tastes better, and remember to get some limes and a bag of ice and youre sorted. Good luck gettin your end away.

Btw for fuck sake dont buy bacardi, its pish and shouldnt even be allowed to be called rum imo.

You dont want to get plastered, you want to show your friend a good time. All the hard liquor mixed with some kind of juice or soda is not the way to go, if you ask me. The sweet taste of soda will mask the alcohol and it can sneak up on you so you'll get too drunk. And you can imagine several ways things can go wrong from there, right?

I'd recommend some white wine, probably some sweeter kind, women prefer those. It's light enough, just to get tipsy, but still enough to lose some inhibitions.

well i know your done with this endeavor, but Lambics are great, and not bitter at all.

Also Whiskey Sours(quicksweet/lemon drink mix and Burboun/Wiskey/Scotch) are delicious, but those are a bit high on the alcohol content depending on the mix ratio. I usually do 50/50 over ice, but most people go 75/25.

If she wants rum and cola she probably wants a Cuba Libre, buy some green lemons. It's delicious !

Ends up that this chick is dating someone, and has been for a while. I don't know if I should be happy, or extremely sad that this girl is coming to my house, staying the night AND she has a boyfriend.

I really don't know if I should be crying or what. I liked this girl, definitely did not love her, but it's pretty sad anyway.

Thanks for the advice on the drinks guys. I won't spend a dime on her, if she wants rum, she can get it herself. I'll just buy some cider for myself and probably sleep really early and make her feel miserable.

Better you figured it out sooner than later. But on the subject of drinks, my choice is always...Tequila, with a tequila chaser and a water back. And then maybe some tequila to wash it all down. :-)
