Already own Grim Fandango, Day of the Tentacle and Abzu. Interested in Full Throttle, I might buy it, but next month already spent my money for games this month.

considering Tier 3 to get "Everything" (aka the game, not that I need everything in the bundle ;p) but as it runs for 20 days I will simply wait and see if there's anything worthwhile in Store for sale to use this 2$ credit for ;p

I am going to "Humbly" walk away from this bundle. Who the hell is going to Sans Francisco for Day of the Devs anyways. Seems like a small target audience. They should at least let you choose between that and another crappy game key.

Will Tier 3 get bundled? (I'm asking because that's implied by the CV calculation in the OP.)

The zero-times-bundled games from Tiers 1 and 2 have been added to the bundled list now, but not the Tier 3 games.
