Runs great, takes small resource, and it seems very well defended. I run Windows 7 and this free AV knows what it protects because it's made by the same people that made Windows. I ran AVG for the longest time, but it got really bloated and started always calling false positives. Just my experience, having used free anti virus since forever.

yes it is, virus are malwares, so anti malwares is an anti virus too xD
People use malrwarebytes as an antivirus complement, after spend 2 years using malwarebytes anti malware and using avast, i did noticed that i didnt got any virus with avast meanwhile antimalware bytes caught a few and now i only use antimalware bytes
