Star Trek Online as mentioned above and at least one yearly playthrough of some Jagged Alliance 2 mod. The amount of pixels i have killed in that game is off the charts.
I also play way too many Sport sims and might have put a bit too much time in the Prophesy of Pendor mod for Mount & Blade: Warband.

Two Worlds was my first and best (in my opinion) RPG in my life. I played Skyrim, Dragon's Dogma, Witcher 1,2 but they didn't have that "magic" from first Two Worlds. People say this game is bad, but I really like it.
The other game is League of Legends. Oh I hate this game so much... because of the community... But my friends still connect me to this game.

Games I liked that I've seen mostly trashed are.. hmm..
Call of Juarez: Cartel was quite okay for being the game that almost killed CoJ.
Darkest of Days was fun, even if the jumping was the most floaty thing in history.
The two Dead Effect games. Ports of a mobile FPS with zombies? Yes please
Deadfall Adventures - it was like the bad Indiana Jones knockoff straight-to-VHS movies
Homefront, for being Red Dawn, and Homefront Revolution for being surprisingly fun for 20+ hours, but many criticism were very valid.
Kane & Lynch 1 & 2 - playing as bad guys with close to none redeeming features was fun.
and as someone posted, Call of Duty singleplayer campaigns. All of them.
Truck Simulators are now closer to mainstream than ever but to normies you're still weirdo so in a way those are my guilty pleasures too:-)

Sh|t, that is my list there! Except Ive never played The Cartel but never wanted; Dead Effect 2, Deadfall and Homefront Revolution either yet but they are on my list, and I would add Enemy Front to the crappy but fun shooters list. And maybe the 2 latter Op Flashpoint games too... :P Also, CoD World at War is best CoD!

Vampire: the Masquerade - Redemption hands down.
Although Bloodlines is more popular in comparison, I prefer Redemption over it for a variety of reasons.

Not sure, I don't check reviews for games so I don't know about accepted by the majority. Can't remember any bad game I enjoyed either.

I'm hopelessly addicted to Disney Crossy Road. I'm so ashamed.

I'm curious what kind of games everyone likes to play, even though they really weren't very good or just weren't well received by critics/ the majority of people. My personal guilty pleasure game is the new Star Wars Battlefront, pretty much because I'm a huge Star Wars nerd, and it's pretty fun to play your favorite Star Wars characters with friends :D
