Collecting things are fun!
I used to collect rubber ducks. Especially funny, different and kinky ones. I say used to, as it got a bit out of hand lol. Friends noticed it and did not know what to give me for my birthday etc so they started to buy crazy rubber ducks. I don't like collections displayed so I had them actually in my bathroom. Looked and enjoyed them for quite some time until it became a strange colourful mess. One day I realised it looked a bit strange for a grown up (50) to have so many rubber ducks. So I saved 4 that are still in my bathroom and put the other ones in boxes. Can't throw them away lol.

there was a time when I collected DVD and Blu-rays... but than at some point I realised that I will never watch most of the movies again. same goes for books. so I sold most of them.
At the moment I don't collect anything but grey hair. ;)

Not collecting anything these days. I do have collections that grow slowly, like games, books or even DVDs, but I'm not actively collecting any of them. I just buy them if I want them. Of course most do go to backlogs. :)
I do have some collections I made long ago, though they're kind of eclectic. I mean, for example with collectable card games, I didn't focus on a certain game and tried to get a set or particularly good cards, rather I bought cards from a wide range of games just to see what they offered and learn about them. Same with roleplaying games. I do have a large D&D (2nd Edition, mostly) collection, but I also bought a lot of other games, even if I didn't play most of them.

Honestly.....too much.
Nearly everything I like.
I am not collecting each Game in Steam but at least everyting I am interested in playing in, now I have 3295 without any free to play titles.
And then videogames I need to have in my shelves. About 120 PS3 Games ( I still need some more) 80 PS4 Games (there are still more nice games outta there) 20 DS/3DS Games ( started this year with getting those, so I need to get some more) 2 Switch ( well i only buy exclusive games for the switch and the most switch titles are not my cup of tea).
Then Mangas, Comics, Books, movies and series. I didnt count it but I can fill about 10 shelves with that xD I am having a store room just for that.
Well I stopped collecting trading cards. I was used to MtG.
The last thing I am "collecting" are recipes. I really really love to cook. But I am just collecting a picture of a recipe and not how I do it. The picture is enough already. And I have already about 348 pictures. I am cooking everday and it must be always something different. I dont cook a recipe a second time :D

Without knowing what you (or anyone else) has seen, I'll just provide a list of what I have seen. I will not be including anything from the US or UK as they have a huge fanbase and franchises, and should be fairly obvious.
...right now I'm on the hunt for: Ojuju - Nigeria
Here is a link to known zombie film titles to look over, but I suggest not limiting yourself to this list.
Also be aware it is difficult to find outright horror, as most countries seem to be producing "Shaun of the Dead"-like comedy horror (think Greece, Italy India, Japan, etc.). It is also difficult finding many of these on DVD/BluRay, VHS, Beta or online streaming. Since is it a time-consuming project, I'll take it however I can find it... even if it is a B-film. Like the zombie movie that uses peanut butter as a special effect... or that other one that uses jello as a special effect. Heh.
Hope this helps.

After seeing Hollywood's near-complete ripoff of Rec (Quarantine) and what they did with Quarantine 2 (vs Rec 2), it just left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Since then, I've been intentionally seeking out zombie films from foreign countries.
Some B-films, including the American made ones, I have to watch. They can either have an interesting plot despite lacking a budget or be one of those "cheese-factor conversation pieces"... especially when you think of the ultra-low budget precursor to The Evil Dead franchise.

Trinkets from countries I've visited. Like an oil lamp from Marocco, little Chinese Buddha figurines, an Anubis statue from Egypt, books, folders, flying tickets and so forth. I also manage to always bring minerals or those typical random "beautiful stones" with me.
As a child, I collected bootleg Pokemon games that you often find in those obscure markets.

I won't ask for a weird format or ask you to post giveaways, I just want you to show off your collections big or small!
Steam libraries are DEFINITELY welcome and tell me your best purchases! You should never be ashamed of having the money to buy games to play or +1, what you do with your life is all for yourself and nobody else should judge you. They are probably sad and poor and want to play your games ;)
I think it is pretty obvious who are you talking about in oh-so-subtle way and the feud between you two girls has been defecating the SG discussions for two years so far. One might think that after such a long time at least one of you would be mature enough person to contact the other and discuss these things in private. Honestly, this feels like watching some internet feud between Israel and Palestine except in this case both of you are roleplaying as Israel.

Would that be the same person that has you on it's Steam list?

Humans that adhere to a vile ideology are maybe humans in your book but not in mine and I talk about those things accordingly.

It starts with the letter n and that's just before the letter o like in objectivity.

I'm going to write this only once so please read carefully what I'm about to type out:
This isn't the first time (more like a 100th time) that you're outright saying or implying that some users on SG are actual Nazis or followers of a Nazi ideology. Which isn't frowned upon by all means. If anything, I'd encourage you and everyone to point out and call out such vile things whenever they happen on SG (the correct way to go would be by opening a support ticket or submitting a user report).
However - and this is the shifty part - after observing your call outs for quite some time it seems like you have a rather broad definition of what constitutes as a Nazi. So far that included people disagreeing with you, blacklisting you, asking to play the games you won and so on.....
So for the next time you decide to call someone an actual Nazi on SG, make sure you follow up such accusations with lots of proof. And I mean lots. Screenshots, chat logs, pastebins of such behaviors....pretty much anything archived.
Otherwise, you would be seriously stepping into a line of defamation and libel, not to mention serious harassment (for example, if I'd go around SG saying how MSKOTOR or Zomby2D are homophobic and racist without any proof, I would do nothing but spread misinformation and harass them) and in my book that's a pretty serious offence. Perhaps something that would constitute a year-long suspension, I don't know.
TL;DR I strongly recommend you to resort to user reports and opening a support ticket when reporting blatant Nazism on SG (I'll be more than happy to reprimand the offenders) and most importantly, make sure to follow it with substantial proof. Otherwise it's just character slander and harassment.

I only read the TL DR.
Tickets are useless when even insults like the lowest form of life and subhuman aren't considered as being part of nazi ideology while tickets are closed just to get them closed and to protect friends.
Comment has been collapsed.
They're closed because it's absolutely ridiculous to accuse someone of being a nazi for that. Tickets like these are useless indeed.

lol like a true nazi. well spoken.... not everone who is against you... leeching games you never play, nor youĀ“re glorified religious/militant thoughts, spamming, nor youĀ“re constant bullying, nor anything else against you is a nazi in general. just because you dont miss any opportunity to mention youĀ“re jewish doesnt mean people who are complaing about you are nazis. maybe this sounds weird for a fascist guy like you..
TL;DR:bump o/

I think you confuse me with the beauties that push your buttons and thank you for another one of your standard comments, its beginning to be quit the collection. ;-)

Pointing to fact that someone uses passive-aggressive comments or other remarks pointed at other users is not bringing up drama. More like poke that this conflict could have been stopped months ago. Or at least not pushed into the forum to constantly in try to poke one another.
Seriously people that weren't active at that time won't understand those "references". It only brings up this conflict back for people that were active back then and sympathize with one or other side.
Comment has been collapsed.
Well bringing it up in a public manner is bringing drama. If this person sees it and doesn't like it then they can report me and you guys can suspend me again.
Also I would like to point out that the second paragraph is about majority of the steamgift community. People are so obsessive about game collectors, so I thought I would clarify that that is a type of collection. It was not aimed at anybody in particular. The first part was about begging for giveaways yes.
So yeah, like xarabas said previously... at least one of you would be mature enough person to contact the other and discuss these things in private.. I wish support would do the same and/or just close the thread like you always do and suspend me.
Comment has been collapsed.
But tell me why firstly write message in that way, so it will surely poke this certain one user if they see it, and then wait if the line was crossed enough to get suspension?
Wouldn't it be simpler to not write this in the first place, and not expect any sort of retaliation? I think it would be much better and effective approach.
Comment has been collapsed.
I mean they do the exact same thing daily, I'm barely on the site anymore so at this rate I don't care about suspensions.
"+1 thanks for the chart and poll"
"more cards to idle :O"
"bump :O"
"+1 to post count"
There is probably more to it but I don't see it because well I don't look for it. Its boring and sad. Not saying I'm any better but they are the one that gets away with it daily and nobody bats an eyelid.
Anyway, I'm not here to argue with you so I'm going to log out and go on with my day. Cya later.

I think the bigger problem here is that you take offense at these kind of harmless comments. When I seen those I just laugh and move on. (And since I do collect games and idle them, I'm kinda part of the target group.)
Wherever you go, there will always be someone who expresses an opinion that you don't agree with. It's up to you to decide whether you react to those opinions with grace or with pettiness. I've seen both sides put fuel on the fire and It's been disappointing to watch.
Comment has been collapsed.
I've said one line and 3 support members reply. Someone does it multiple times near enough daily and its cool. It does not matter if its harmless and I don't take offense to it, its just funny that I'm the one that gets shit for it.
Brilliant. Like I said. I'm not here to argue. Cya.

Good comic books (Sandman, Lucifer, Fables, Deadpool...) - few mangas in old days, games, achievements - that's for now.
I got some decent collection of ccg's, like Doom Trooper and Cult, few Thorgal's too.
Also some paper RPG's manuals here and there, but I took some break from playing, not sure if I will come back to it.

Traffic cones in video gaming.
So far I've got several hundred, about half of them uploaded to an online album. :-) The challenge is not only finding games that contain traffic cones, but also taking a good screenshot, and even getting to the cones. For instance, in Oxenfree, there's only one, and it appears at the ending of New Game+ (but damn, it was worth playing in this case!) :-)

So, these photos are a tad all over the place, but we are working on it with more storage! Collection is pretty small but I've just started collecting Pop! figures and Pokemon cards! All the tins are pretty much full and in my first pack I got I got a full art GX which was incredible and started my addiction! There are also a few Witcher statues which I need to finish getting!
I won't ask for a weird format or ask you to post giveaways, I just want you to show off your collections big or small!

I've also recently just hit 700 games in my steam library! My favourite purchases would probably be The Witcher 3 because its my favourite game, Rocket League because I met a lot of people and basically got to know Ally through it <333 and Dead by Daylight because I've had a blast streaming it and I've recently just got affiliate and almost at 150 followers on twitch (will not plug my twitch since people will report and suspend me but you can find it on my profile!)
When support brings drama to the thread...
My collection!
