STEAM HALLOWEEN SALE / 2016 Autumn steam sale [LIVE NOW!]

Pity, but again nothing interesting for me
I am just frustrated, these sales are just ridiculous bulls**t
I bought several games in past mounth even cheaper than current ones on sale
For example:
Poi - 0.45 Euro
Resident Evil Deluxe Origins Bundle - 2.99 Euro
Deponia Doomsday - 1.80 Euro
Batman™: Arkham Knight - 5.5 Euro
Among the Sleep - 1 Euro

you can buy all those titles (that they claim are special offer) much cheaper through out the whole year on different sites, what's the purpose of a steam sale....i don't know
