Anyone else thinks support system here is really bad?

i've had an open ticket for 2 days and no answer

EDIT: Thank you to the only one (or 2~) in this thread who appears to be a decent person. Hasn't it come to anyone's mind that (if you checked my profile) i haven't been here long enough? I dont know many of the "local" stuff. You should make an effort to actually answer people's questions or help them understand what you know better, thats how society has advanced in the human history.

Give them time, I'm sure they would have answered you immediately if they could. You can always ask at the chat or here, at the forum :).

I can't say Steam support is a problem because in less than 48 hours they usually resolve my problems with good details (better only Blizzard support, they take like less than 5 hours sometimes). The worst support is by far EA. Got a problem and their response:"Your problem was resolved before, consult the forum." LOOOOL

I must disagree there EA support's time of response is much better than Steam's

Right now we have roughly 550 open tickets to resolve. I'd expect a wait of up to a week, although once in a while tickets get backed up further. If your ticket is closed, or you think it wasn't answered fairly, you can always join our Steam chat and send me a PM. In total, we've had close to 30,000 tickets, which is an extraordinary amount of work for the group of volunteers helping. As long as your ticket says pending, it's on our to-do list.
