A song that mostly Trackmania Sunrise players know, as it was featured in there. Really sad that the band seems to be non-existent anymore and that you can't get the song in good quality anywhere. Such a great song :)

Not this one, unfortunately. I think it's perfectly fine to pirate the rips in this case, although the quality isn't good either.
As for the rest of the OST, I bet some of them don't even exist in good quality. You could check Slsk every now and then if you're courageous and ready to waste your time. Also all songs are on soundcloud.
You could try your chances on a physical copy on Discogs for at least 3 songs, but don't bet on it. The songs: Ten Thousand Eyes, Take Back, Come On.
