Steam Services Stats says that everything is up, but the Community is being wonky, at the moment. I assume that Valve is busy trying to fix the exploit which allows people to steal your account without knowing your password. Attempting to use Steam Community functions gets you this error message:

An error occurred while processing your request.

Yeah me too have sometimes work and sometimes dnt work and say this "An error occurred while processing your request."

Wow, right when I needed to do something that's very urgent.

In game web browser wasn't working so I tried to quit and restart. Turned out that Steam community is down, can play games but nothing else.
