Every tuesday, every odd wednesday, every thursday once in a while and every first monday of the month. And five times a day during holiday sales. Steam is the worst. :|

I know the feeling. In the past, a guy sent me his keys first and, when I was ready to send him his gift, steam went down. He probably had 10 heart attacks till steam went up again and I sent him his gift. :P
