The CV calculation for free games is completely off. It appears that it counts all past giveaways for those games as $0 once they have been given out, instead of taking the date of the giveaways into account to only count newly given games at $0.

I noticed this with Orwell and Company of Heroes but seems it was just bad timing to look exactly when the P value was zeroed on SG, kind of unlucky to hit exactly that date twice.
Did not consider to check for this first, Orwell is back to the correct value.

I'm getting an error on some SGTools links and I'm not sure why. The error appears on some giveaways, but not others - can't tell if something is wrong with the links or if it's SGTools acting up.
For example, see the giveaways in Positive Thread (apologies for not linking directly to the specific giveaways, but it could be technically seen as "leaking") - Retool and Bear With Me show up a 500 error, but most other SGTools-protected giveaways are fine.
Just wondering if this is a known issue or whatever. Never seen this error before so I'm not sure if it's common.

I've checked several more winners of this game and they get it reported as activated, that's why I said it was being correctly reported by steam api.
How to solve it? Activating the game of course. The easiest way would be looking for a trader who has the game for trade or buy in a marketplace (Kinguin, g2a, etc.). My recommendation is finding a reputable trader who has the game

I have never enter a sgtools protected giveaway without passing its check. In fact I haven't use/check sgtools for a long while. But today it shows "You are currently serving an infraction until 2018-12-28 18:47:45 NY Time". The only reason I think it might be someone created a protected giveaway then post the direct link instead. Is that possible to know which giveaway it is?

Thanks! I check my browser history and find this one. If I haven't check it before, it should shows "Check requirements". However, to me it shows "Get giveaway Link" instead which means I already pass the test. This is weird: If I got the link, it should directly shows the link, not the "Get giveaway link" button. I also check the rules, and I'm definitely fulfill them, there's no reason I pass the test but not get the link.
Is that possible that I get the link one month ago and the server side send me the link but due to network problem the server side didn't consider I get the link?

I've been looking into it and it seems strange since you got the database flag of passing the giveaway conditions but not the one getting the link. That's why you see it this way on the giveaway page. This "several steps" entry process is there just to make sure every step is correctly stored on the database at all times before giving away the url.
I just finished looking at the logs for the day that you passed the requirements for the giveaway gate, but there is no anomaly or crash that could lead to the system giving you the url and not storing the flag for that.

As I said before, there's no reason I pass the test then spend extra effort to find a leak link instead of get the link directly. And there's no leak link, if I remember correctly this is a giveaway of several long run threads post with sgtools link only. And I'm pretty sure I get the link via sgtools, and you can check my ability around that day, I enter other giveaways from those threads correctly (maybe from the same giveaway creator too), and there should be ones that I failed the test then I have never entered.
I don't want to get punish by something I never done. Although the serving time is almost finish, there's a big difference this punishment is cancelled before it's done, even for a second.

It doesn't make any sense for you not to get the url, that's true.
Since you actually passed the gate, and it's only the "get link" flag that is not there, I just revoked the infraction. You are now free to use SGTools again and have 0 strikes in your record.

two days ago I won Counter-Strike Complete which consists of Counterstrike: Condition Zero and Counterstrike Source. But since I activated it, SGTools sees CS:GO as a unactivated win. Since CS:GO is not part of this bundle, I do not own it. I have just added the free version of CS:GO, but it doesn't help either.

As far as I can tell, the giveaway creator used the wrong subID.
The giveaways was for this: https://steamdb.info/sub/54030/apps/ which includes CSGO. Probably it would be best, to contact the GA creator and ask them to change the giveaway (if possible).
