It took me about 6 months to go from level 8 to level 9, and then another 8 months to get to level 10... but that was 5 years ago. Game bundles were a little more prevalent back then.

Yes it seems harder now also if a game you bought years ago goes free
Now you lose CV Points which they seem to be Clamping down on due to all the Assist Flipp's.
