They could have run the bundle longer than the two weeks true, but the main thing is that the Jingle Jam is always a full month of streams & asking for donations, while this year they cut the streams down to 2 weeks. Not sure if they expected a lot less bundle sales after the 2 weeks or what, but this was their response:

"Why two weeks instead of the whole month?
There are a lot of reasons. Social distancing is a thing which means certain streams can't happen and in the past we've struggled to fill the second half of Jingle Jam with quality streams, especially from the third week when people start going home to their families. There's a whole load more factors that go in, one example being the clash with the Steam Winter Sale that starts mid-Dec and other bits."

...because a bunch of people have been buying bundles for at least a couple years now, and as a result they already have many of the games listed. So whatever games they don't have aren't worth the 25 GBP / 33.36 USD.

For me personally there's only two games I would want from this, as I already have like a third of them.

I see the issue is that it's for trading material and there is very likely not much people would actually keep... Compare to the itch.io bundle and even the Humble bundle that immediately followed that.

If you look at the games themselves, it's a really good bundle. But genuinely, at a point we have to consider games as a product in the world too, and from that aspect it really feels weak.

I do considering the bundle, but tbh for 1-2 games for me just for a bit of curiosity, and 2-3 for gifting so I can play it with someome. The multiplayer games didn't even cost half of the bundle's asking price during the autumn bundle. Things like Orcs Must Die 2 or This War of Mine are pretty awesome, but when it comes to the big picture of every user - OMD2 is EIGHT years old, This War of Mine is almost a first-grader with its 6 years, and was bundled 14 times. Most of the great stuff is 3-5 years old, or even older. Great many people have these games.

I think three different points of view should be considered, likely more but these are the super obvious ones for me right now. Reality is the mix of these + others that I likely forget about.

1: this is a full charity bundle, before Christmas, and some people with the giving mindset and money to spare want to donate. From this aspect the games' value of any kind is irrelevant.
2: games themselves, as for fun/quality. In this aspect it has Tooth & Tail, This War of Mine, War for the Overworld, Sunless Sea, Orcs Must Die, Dicey Dungeons, The Battle of Polytopia, Prison Architect, Starbound, Don't Starve, Transistor. 11 games I picked for 28€, around 2.7€ each, ignoring everything else. I honestly think these games worth that price without a second thought.

3:Almost everything is "recycled", some from a month ago (Darksburg), some - like OMD2 - weren't bundled since 2014 according to ITAD, but the demand for an 8 year old game that on its own can be purchased for 3€ (and offering regional prices in Steam, while the bundle is 28€ for all) makes the bundle quite questionable, mostly from the point of the organizers competency.

I'm genuinely torn between having games to gifts and having no friends who really wants them and SG's hoarding is real; between games are good and this bundle is old; and between charity is good, but local things also need help. Also paying this amount of money for basically games is really weird after years of monetary problems

There's a specific point about trading the keys/giving them as gifts ect, which is something that humble is against (especially the trading part). Perhaps that played a part into why. Could also just be time, they didn't apply for the bundle slot soon enough.

... Wow, that is just... YIPES. I tend to go thru my Jingle Jam keys VERY slowly. I have some leftover from 2017 still and only recently cleared off the last couple from 2016. I was actually half considering trying to get this yr's bundle despite the new site and the short window to get it, but that last part has me steering clear now. Money is tight as it is, and if I can't have the guarantee of those keys being still good to gift for at least a year, I'll just pass. There are some good games in this bundle and they'd make for decent gifting throughout the year[s].

I paid with Paypal and it's very clear from the receipt I have that the money went directly to the charity (the receipt only contains the name of the charity and the email address of the charity). So I suspect some back and forth between tiltify and the charities is needed, and why tiltify cannot give you some confirmation until your payment is processed by the charity.
I'm offering this as an explanation, not as an excuse: I understand wanting to switch from HB to something else, but I'm also disappointed like you by this new platform.
