Hi,

I don't understand a thing, when the donation is made by December 1, 5 PM GMT with selection of the Jingle Jam reward, will the keys arrive?
Personally, it's been exactly 48 hours since I made this donation, it would be 48 hours from December 1st 5pm GMT?

With Humble Bundle it was still easier...

Update on the keys

Hi guys, just wanted to share this - we expected some minor issues with the new system and have been working on fixing them! I spoke with Tiltify this morning and can confirm these issues and fixes:

1 - The first batch of keys (6000 bundles) were mailed out but this does not cover everyone who donated on the first day.

2 - There were some errors in this batch, two games were missing and another had a duplicate key. Those affected will get a correction email with the missing keys by 10pm GMT today.

3 - The next wave of bundles will be sent at 3pm GMT today with (hopefully) all the correct keys.

This will mean that some folks who donated earlier than 5pm on Day 1 will have waited more than the predicted 48 hours - otherwise we’re just about on schedule!

If you’ve donated and were affected by this - thank you for supporting charity and thanks for your patience :)

I've donated (with a little extra on top) and picked the reward at 1st December 11:26pm GMT. (It might have been a minute earlier but that's the time stamp in PayPal's confirmation email that I got.) So I was well within the time where rewards were granted.

So far no email whatsoever from tiltify confirming anything. Neither regarding my donation nor reward redeeming information. What I find even more concerning is that tiltify doesn't even show anything at all about that transaction in my account. Does anybody know if that's just how poorly made that website is?

Either way, who would enjoy having to contact a charity to ask for the donation back (even if re-donated at a later point) because that apparently is how tiltify wants us to go about it if things didn't work? That's just horrible and I'm rather unpleased (to put it kindly) how Yogscast and tiltify are handling all of this. (Opening the donation process early without any information on the page about the fact that there are no rewards for donations before 1. December 5pm GMT. No confirmation email from tiltify about the donation. No info about the donation on our accounts on tiltify. ...)
In their FAQ Yogscast claim that tiltify is the best service for handling donations (when answering why they're not using HB anymore) and I can only assume that this is because they take a smaller or no cut at all from what it donated. But so far in this just has been a really bad experience.

Edit: I should add that yes, I'm aware it's not 48 hours since my donation, yet. So I'm only complaining about the shortcomings of the process and the total lack of information as described above.

UPDATE: The email with the keys has arrived - 35 Steam keys plus 3 codes for CoD, Displate and PoE Demon King. None of them are duplicated for more than one game in that email. That said, I of course can't tell if all keys will activate as what they are supposed to (apparently some people had issues with that).

neither keys, there is no email confirmation, please wait or thank you for supporting our new car purchase.....

People on reddit are reporting they're recieving the keys in various times after 3PM GMT. So it's not just one big e-mail wave, they're sending them out as they're able to.

It's a mess, but my guess is we'll get our keys eventually.

Regarding the key for the Black Ops Cold War CODE Challenger Pack:
According to the email from Tiltify you have to go to http://callofduty.com/redeem to redeem your code. The issue with that is that the code received is 21 characters while the redeem page expects a key to be only 10 or 13 characters.

Please make sure you're entering your 10 or 13 character code as it's displayed on your receipt or insert or in the email in which the code was provided.
If you still need help, please go to http://support.activision.com

What worked for me though was activating the key via the Blizzard client.
So in order to redeem the code, simply open the Blizzard client, click on the drop down arrow next to your username and select 'Redeem A Code'. Paste the key and keep confirming. Done.

I just received the keys, ten hours later, but they have arrived. It seems that it is starting to work.

War of the Overworld key it's Game + skin?
Surgeon Simulator 2 Dlc Cosmetic it is not among the keys and seems there are not more duplicates and they solved the problem.

damn. i'm only really interested in mainly transistor and sunless sea . this is way too much for just those... no money no honey with corona..

i don't mind waiting if they're slow, but is it enough that i saw a star next to my name on the donation page shortly after donating? does that mean i'll get the email eventually? got a receipt for my donation from the charity almost right away (about 46 hours ago now) but it didn't mention the jingle jam, and i don't see any record of even that donation visible through my tiltify account, so i'm not confident it's coming along.

also disappointed to read that keys might expire -- jingle jam bundles are often half duplicates for me and i like to hang onto them for a while before giving them away. also i miss the new games revealed each day, but i get not wanting to use humble anymore. also i would have rather split my donation across all the charities but oh well picked a favorite.

hope it all works out and i'm able to get the games i wanted and pass on the ones i already have!

Has anybody gotten replacement keys for duplicate keys yet? And do we need to claim duplicate keys or is it automated?

So, basically they DISCOURAGE people from buying this bundle by saying they will expire the keys in 2021? Okay.
